This vehicle was in a very poor state mechanically, when it first came in.

We have fully overhaul the brakes, rebuilt the gear box and 4wd transfer case, overhauled both driveshafts and slotted in a 200dti turbo diesel to replace the original engine.

Fitting the turbo diesel required extensive modifications to cooling system, intercooler, pipe work, oil cooler, throttle and fuel system, wiring, battery relocation, as well as engine mounts

We also fitted a custom imported exhaust system to suit this modification.

We also restored the dash instruments, fitted new gauges, switches and tidied up the wiring and finishing with a new steering wheel.

A lot of work but we are really pleased with the end results.
